Ordering

Please note that all prices listed on our site are in Australian dollars and include GST. When adding to the shopping cart the GST is not listed until you select postage within Australia. International shipping choices will not have the 10%GST added to them.

We have endeavoured to make your shopping experience with us as simple as possible and we ask that if you have any problems with the ordering process that you contact us.

You can order with us by:

1. Secure on-line purchasing - Bankcard, VISA and Mastercard, American Express are accepted.Note that American Express payments will incur a 2.5% processing fee. Payments through Paypal are also accepted.

2. Faxing/mailing - Simply choose 'mail or fax' from the payment choices and print out this page. Mail to PO Box 390 Lenah Valley TAS 7008 or fax to 03 62787506.

3. Direct deposit - Choose 'Direct Deposit' from the payment choices and hit the 'continue' button to submit your order.. You will receive an email with our banking details.

4. PayPal - simply select the Paypal payment option and follow the instructions in your web browser.

5. Cheque or money order - on selecting this payment option print out your order and post to PO Box 390 Lenah Valley TAS 7008 with your enclosed cheque or money order. Then hit the 'continue' button to submit your order. If you are unsure of how much postage to add to your payment for unusual items please contact Hugs 'n Kisses before posting.

Once payment is made please return email your receipt and your order will be dispatched immediately.

All orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.

POSTAGE

All goods purchased via our online store will be delivered via Australia Post. We endeavour at all times to ship your orders in the most economical but secure manner. Australia Post deliveries are not registered or insured. Once the order has left our premises it is deemed to be delivered. Please request registered mail or Express Post which is trackable in the checkout process if you wish to have some insurance on your order as they will not be replaced if they do not arrive.

Freight will be generally charged at the rates listed in the shopping cart:

Some unusually shaped items or those which require more secure packaging will have the actual shipping and packaging costs added at processing time. In most cases this will be noted next to the item. In  some cases postage will be decreased from the automated amount if possible.

if the incorrect shipping option is selected in the shopping cart then the correct shipping amount will be added to your order at processing time.

Hugs 'n Kisses recycles post bags and envelopes where possible to cut down on your postage costs.

OUT OF STOCK  
If you place an order and we happen to be out of stock of the product we will advise you and you can choose to wait for the stock to arrive or you may cancel the order.

RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, Hugs 'n Kisses will not be responsible for any goods received damaged, due to shipping. (If damaged due to shipping you, the customer will need to contact Australia Post).

Items purchased may not be returned  or exchanged unless you can prove that the item is not what you expected from the details given on the website. Then an exchange voucher only will be given at the discretion of Hugs 'n Kisses. A receipt is required of your initial purchase. No refunds or exchanges are given on clearance sale items.

As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Hugs 'n Kisses:

• in original condition, suitable for re-sale
• with all packaging in-tact
• within 21 days of the transaction date

Goods should be returned via registered post together with proof of purchase invoice. (postage  for the return of goods is at the customers cost)

Postage and handling charges on returned goods are not refundable.
